4. Check-In & Check-Out

- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional
charges.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, are generally processed within 7–10 working days.
- Special promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.

- Pets are allowed only if specifically mentioned in the booking confirmation.
8. Liability Disclaimer
SRK Hospitality shall not be responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- Injuries resulting from guest negligence or misuse of hotel facilities.
- Interruptions caused by external factors such as power outages, internet disruptions, water
supply issues, or government restrictions.
Guests are advised to use available safety lockers and carry appropriate travel insurance for
valuable belongings.

SRK Hospitality shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to

regulations, strikes, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Varanasi, Uttar
Pradesh.
